A |       北京8月13日电 题：台风“白海豚”对农业生产影响几何  记者刘诗平  连日来，台风“白海豚”给我国中东部多地带来持续性、大范围强降水天气。    New Delhi, Oct 17 (UNI) Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address the 90th Interpol General Assembly on Tuesday at around 1:45 PM in Pragati Maidan here.

The 90th General Assembly of Interpol will be held from 18th to 21st October.

The meeting will be attended by delegations from 195 Interpol member countries comprising of Ministers, Police Chiefs of countries, Heads of National Central Bureaus and Senior police officers, the PMO said.

The General Assembly is Interpol's supreme governing body and meets once a year to take key decisions related to its functioning.

The Interpol General Assembly meeting is taking place in India after a gap of about 25 years – it was last held in 1997.

India's proposal to host the Interpol General Assembly in 2022 at New Delhi coinciding with celebrations for 75th year of India’s independence was accepted by the General Assembly with overwhelming majority.

The event provides an opportunity to showcase best practices in India’s law and order system to the entire world, the PMO said.

Union Home Minister, Interpol President Ahmed Naser Al Raisi and Secretary General Jurgen Stock, CBI Director will also be present on the occasion.

B | 同时，大风导致玉米等高秆作物倒伏，经济林果出现折枝落果，温室大棚和水产养殖设施也不同程度受损。  “持续降雨容易使低洼农田发生渍涝灾害，不利于正处在开花期的夏玉米和一季稻授粉，并可能导致棉花落铃、烂铃增多。

C | 伴随降水而来的大风，容易引发植株倒伏，同时可能损毁温室大棚、造成雨水倒灌，直接影响果蔬生产。”宋迎波说，高温高湿环境也容易使农作物病虫害蔓延。  如何科学应对持续降雨形成的农业气象灾害？宋迎波建议，降水偏多地区及时疏通沟渠，确保排水畅通；雨后尽快排涝散墒，降低土壤湿度，恢复土壤通气性，减少根系缺氧时间；受强降水冲刷出现脱肥的地块应适时追施速效肥，促进作物恢复生长。涝渍过后，容易出现病虫害，需抓住晴好天气喷药防治。  宋迎波同时建议，对倒伏但茎秆未折断的玉米，最好在倒伏后三至四天内扶正培土；棉田应及时整枝打杈，改善田间通风透光条件，减少花铃脱落；果园方面，及时清理落果和断枝。此外，各地要科学蓄水，为秋收作物后期用水做好储备。  国家气象中心相关负责人表示，面对复杂的天气形势，国家气象中心将聚焦秋粮生产关键时段，重点围绕秋粮生长发育、产量形成及秋收秋种全链条开展精细化服务。9月将全面启动秋收秋种气象服务，推动定制化气象信息接入全国农机作业指挥平台，靶向发布农业气象灾害风险预警。同时，加强与农业农村、交通运输、水利、粮食物资等部门会商研判，健全信息共享与联防联控机制，全力保障秋粮稳产增收。
